Here at HIICompany Corp., our primary mission is to promote superior customer satisfaction through the quality of our work. This goal is not only exhibited through our final product  but throughout the entire construction process. From our very first meeting to well after the finishing touches have been added, we strive to make our clients experience pleasant and to the highest of standards.

The Company was established in 1987 as a custom cabinet and millwork studio. In the early 1990's the business expanded to include General Contracting. Today, general construction is our primary business, however, we have never moved away from our early foundations in custom cabinetry providing superior millwork products to this day, in tandem with our renovations.

Timeless Passion
Brooklyn New York has been the home of our millwork studio since our inception. It is here where our custom, individualized cabinets are hand crafted by our team of experienced artisanal craftsmen.

We pride ourselves with only sourcing the highest quality lumber, veneers and hardware. Combining superior raw materials through a mix of traditional joinery with advanced tools and techniques for an adapted modern-day lifestyle.

The company’s continued business with repeat customers, architects, and interior designers is a testament to our work ethic, exceptional product and client service. We hope we will be able to establish such a relationship with you.

Our Approach
Gregory Madzio, the founder and president, is a leader with a 'hands-on approach' style to his business dealings. His primary focus is to bring together project coordinators, foreman, carpenters, cabinet makers, tile installers, metal artisans and painters who take pride in their individual crafts all under one roof. In addition, after three decades of working in New York City, Gregory has built essential relationships with subcontractors who exhibit the same focus for quality and excellence.
